So I really really want to use the offer rotator but out of good practice and experience with bad companies I always meta refresh all my polls so that the CPA company does not see my landing page (aka poll). Currently I have the old poll factory and my polls point to a meta refresh then my own php rotator. I want to be able to use poll factories awesome rotator just don't know how to get that refresh in there .

There is nothing really different you have to do to meta refresh your offers to work with poll factory. Instead of putting the direct affiliate link in the offer, you simple put the link to your refresh page instead.
